Podiatry office regulations
§ General Provisions and Definitions
- These regulations, hereinafter referred to as the "Regulations", define the rules for the use of podiatry services, hereinafter referred to as the Podiatry Service or Podiatry Services, provided at the Olga Legkoszkur Podiatry Office, with its registered office in Katowice, ul. Kościuszki 175.
- Before using the Podiatry Service, please read the Terms and Conditions.
- Using the Podiatry Service is tantamount to accepting these Terms and Conditions.
- Only adults – hereinafter referred to as the Patient – may register and participate in a visit during which the Podiatry Service is provided. Minors may use the Podiatry Services on the same terms as adults only with the consent of a legal guardian, parent or legal representative, expressed before the Service begins.
- If it is necessary to cancel an appointment, the Patient is asked to inform the office at least 24 hours before the scheduled date.
- Cancelling a visit shortly before its scheduled date is considered an absence. In the case of repeated absences, the Patient may not be re-registered for visits.
- The patient is obliged to follow the recommendations of the podiatrist conducting the therapy.
- Failure to follow the recommendations may result in unsatisfactory treatment results or no results at all.
- When starting therapy, the Patient undertakes to attend scheduled follow-up visits at established intervals.
- Postponing appointments during therapy may affect the final outcome of your treatment.
§ Registration for a Visit
- Podiatry Services are provided exclusively by prior appointment, hereinafter referred to as: Visit, except for special situations that allow the use of the Podiatry Service out of turn.
- Registration for visits to the Olga Legkoszkur Podiatry Office can be made by phone from Monday to Friday or online via the Booksy platform.
- During registration, the Office Employee will ask you to provide the following information:
- name and surname,
- telephone number for contact.
- 24 hours before the appointment, the Patient receives an SMS message reminding about the visit.
§ Cancellation and Resignation of a Visit
- Podiatry Office Olga Legkoszkur reserves the right to refuse to perform a Podiatry Service if the Patient is late for the Visit by at least 10 minutes. If the Patient informs in advance about the reason for the delay, the Office Employee may agree to start the Service with the reservation that the Visit may be shortened.
- Podiatry Office Olga Legkoszkur reserves the right to cancel the Visit at least 24 hours before the planned date, for reasons beyond the specialist's control. In such a case, the Patient will be offered a new Visit date.
- Podiatry Office Olga Legkoszkur informs that it does not provide telephone consultations regarding the Podiatry Service provided. Patients are consulted only during an appointment in the office.
§ Course of the Visit
- Podiatry services at the Olga Legkoszkur Podiatry Office are performed by a specialist with appropriate qualifications and professional experience.
- During the first visit, a detailed interview is conducted with the Patient.
- After completing the interview, the specialist presents a therapy plan and an estimated cost of the Podiatry Service.
- The types of Podiatry Services provided at the Olga Legkoszkur Podiatry Office are available on the website www.footcarepioneers.pl and on the Booksy platform.
§ Payment
- The Patient is required to pay for the Podiatry Service performed. The price list for each Service is available on the Office's website and on the Booksy platform.
- Olga Legkoszkur Podiatry Clinic accepts the following forms of payment:
- cash,
- payment card,
- Gift Voucher.
- The Patient using the gift voucher is required to present it upon payment at the end of the Visit. Otherwise, Podiatry Services must be paid for in cash or by card.
§ Complaints procedure
- The Patient has the right to file a complaint within 7 days of the Podiatry Service or the occurrence of undesirable effects. When filing a complaint, the Patient should describe the factual situation and present the reasons for recognizing the complaint as justified.
- The complaint should be submitted in writing to the following e-mail address: kontakt@footcarepioneers.pl. If possible, the Patient should attach photographic documentation.
- Complaints are considered within 14 days of receipt. The patient will be informed of the decision regarding the validity of the complaint.
- If the complaint is accepted, the Patient is entitled to a free corrective service or a refund of the costs of the Podiatry Service performed. The office may also propose other forms of compensation.
- The complaint does not cover complications such as pain, hematoma, bleeding after the procedure, increased body temperature, feeling unwell or allergic reaction to the drugs used, if they result from the individual predispositions of the Patient.
§ Responsibility
- Patients are fully responsible for any damage to the office equipment. Their guardians, parents or legal representatives are responsible for any damage caused by minors.
- The Olga Legkoszkur Podiatry Clinic is not responsible for items left in the office outside the designated storage areas, especially valuable items, bags, backpacks or purses that the Patient should have with them.
- A patient who does not comply with the Regulations or has made false statements regarding his/her health condition and contraindications cannot claim liability from the Office for the Podiatry Services performed.
- The Olga Legkoszkur Podiatry Clinic is not responsible for the Patient’s subjective dissatisfaction with the effect of the Service if it was performed in accordance with the principles of podiatry art and generally accepted standards.
- After completing the Podiatry Service, the Patient may receive a certificate of its completion.
§ Final provisions
- In the Olga Legkoszkur Podiatry Office there is a total ban on smoking, using tobacco and nicotine products, including electronic cigarettes, as well as drinking alcohol and other intoxicating substances.
- Animals are not allowed in the office premises, especially in the rooms where Podiatry Services are performed.
- Every Patient has the right to view the Regulations and price list of the Olga Legkoszkur Podiatry Office.
- Any disputes arising from the Podiatry Services provided should, in the first instance, be resolved amicably.
- These Regulations are effective from 01/11/2024.
